Legacy Month
Live, Laugh & Learn
Each October, Meth-Wick Community’s Legacy Month invites its residents and members of the Cedar Rapids community to provide financial support to a specified project. Past Legacy Month fundraising drives have made possible the rebuilding of Meth-Wick’s pond and remodeling of The Manor dining room. This year’s campaign will raise funds for construction of a Town Center at The Manor, with groundbreaking expected to begin in spring 2009.
Legacy Month fundraising supports projects to enhance the lives of current and future residents. There is also a focus on learning opportunities, with special programs and guest speakers who address issues of interest to Meth-Wick residents.
