Meth-Wick residents can be as active as they want to be. As you can see, there’s plenty to do in our community. But if you prefer the company of a good book, we respect your choice.

The Sept. 12 Lifestyle Fair and Open House at Deer Ridge featured a number of life-enhancing exhibits, including dance, travel, gourmet food and skin care (shown here).

The first 200 attendees at Meth-Wick’s Sept. 12 Open House received a gift bag of merchandise and coupons from area businesses.

The meals prepared by Meth-Wick’s professional chefs receive high marks from its residents. Chefs also prepare food for special events such as the Sept. 12 Open House at Deer Ridge.

Joann Ronnenberg (shown with husband Bill) won tickets to three Cedar Rapids Symphony performances by entering a drawing at Meth-Wick’s Sept. 12 open house. Vincent and Rachel Mills, also winners, were drawn from Highland Park postcard entries.

Meth-Wick residents posed for a picture during the neighborhood event hosted by The Gazette on July 18.

The Gazette’s neighborhood event was a hit with (left to right) Meth-Wick employee Kathy Aurdal and residents Annie Smolinski and Beth Evans.

Meth-Wick’s own Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire—also known as Karl and Lois Renter—kicked up their heels at The Gazette’s neighborhood party.
